It's a brisk 27 degrees today in the lovely city of Boston which means it's the perfect weather for an iced coffee (isn't it always?). As I write this, I'm occupying a seat on the silent floor of my university's library, dressed inappropriately for the weather in my favorite pair of Steve Madden flats, but hey-I'm a lady who hails from the snowy Northeast. I'm currently sipping on a DD iced mocha-coconut coffee, attempting to finish some reading, and preparing to head over to represent my organization (PRSSA) at the student activities fair where I will find various free county fair-inspired food and tons of new faces. Ohh free delicious food, you will be the death of me.
But, back to the point. Cold weather. Windy. Iced coffee. I decided to peruse the wonderful world that is pinterest and just happened to come across this glorious cup (or shall I say, jar?) of iced coffee. Not just any iced coffee, but homemade mocha coconut iced cofffee. I know, amazing right? Quite the coincidence, if I do say so myself. Just a few moments later, I looked up to locate the source and was, by no means, surprised to find out this creation came from the mind of my absolute favorite foodie/blogger, How Sweet It Is. She. Is. Fantastic. I mean really, could coffee get any better looking? I think not.
I think it's safe to say I'm officially distracted from my reading.
xoxo,
Gabriella Marie
