Weekend Tidbits

May 1, 2012

I somehow managed to fit this all into a tiny suitcase.  I'll attribute it to years of traveling/moving experience.
I didn't think to bring workout clothing with me, so my brother taught me how to play lacrosse while I was dressed in a blazer.  Classy sporting?
Enter, M., my little brother!
Took my mother shopping in Urban!  Here she is picking out a fabulous top.  So proud.
M.'s (not my brother - a different M.) next door neighbors brought home four baby ducks for their children for Easter.  What a fun surprise!
Enter, A.  He's the best.  Get your behind up to Boston soon, sir!
Took a walk in Southford Falls with A.

Breathtaking, am I right?
Then I came home & whipped up breakfast for dinner!  Huevos rancheros with cilantro and fresh cilantro-lime salsa.  Of course with a (few) mimosas.  It was a great little ladies night complete with some Super Mario 64 (90s style) and Mario Kart!

I had the best weekend.  I love being able to take off for a few days and visit my friends and family.  If you're freeling stressed, I highly recommend escaping everything - even if just for two or three days.

What did you do this weekend to relax?

g.
